I don’t talk about my weightloss journey alot BUT being 40 Ibs down I can say that the one thing other then fitness that has had the greatest effect on me is measuring my food. From sauces, meats, milk in my coffee, I measure EVERYTHING and it has been one of the most rewarding habits I’ve built! I still enjoy all the goodies but I measure them!
