I make this coffee drink almost every single day! It is the salted teddy gram shaken espresso. All it is is brown sugar, honey, cinnamon salt, mixed with espresso, and then you shake it up until it foams. Then you pour over any milk of your choice . Don’t forget the shaking part. Running outfit that I wore today during the summer. I love beyond yoga material for running and Pilates outfits. It’s so stretchy supportive and soft. I am wearing a size a medium and everything keep in mind. The top does not come with padding so I’m wearing a sports bra underneath it for extra support, but it does come with a Shelf bra. They are some of my favorite things and I love wearing them with casual athleisure too.

Ally wore today as a toddler mom during the summertime. I love this graphic tea that it comes in tall sizes. I am wearing a size medium tall. It does run very oversized but I like the oversized fit. These shorts are so fun for free people, I have them in other colors and I love wearing them as a cover-up too. They are oversized so I’m wearing a size small keep in mind. They are on the shorter side, but I really breathable for a cover-up and summertime.
