Thicker, don’t show as much cellulite, isn’t see through when you bend over, has pockets for cell phone, high waisted for a smooth stomach look (hides any rolls!).

I size down one to a size large. My true size XL would slide down my waist too fast. The size smaller stays put much better

My exercise favorites.

Weighted Vest - has been a great workout addition to my walks. Adds resistance, gets my heart rate higher, and has been amazing for my posture. You want your vest to weight 8-10% of your body weight. Mine is 20 pounds.

Tank - these are my favorite tanks ever! For everyday, and for working out. Long, stretchy, high cut so you don't see too much cleavage, they wash great. I have in so many colors. True to size, I'm an XL.

Workout Leggings - not being dramatic, these are the BEST workout leggings of all. I've tried all the amazon ones. Thicker legging that doesn't show cellulite, isn't see through when you bend over, has pockets for my phone, high waisted for a smooth stomach look, really holds me in, don't roll down as I'm working out. The best! I size down 1 size to a size large for a snugger fit. My true size XL would roll down a bit with movement. Sizing down 1 size they stay in place better.

Large Chest Workout Bra - holds in my chest so well! Comfortable. The cups are sewn in, so they don't shift when wearing or washing! I'm in my true size XXL, I'm a 36H bra size.

Kitsch Sea Salt Spray - gives me the softest, beachy waves. No heat needed! Just spray and let your hair air dry. Smells like rosemary and lavendar.

Kiss Impress Lashes - best lashes! They go UNDER your lashes, and look so natural. I get the Voluminous ones.

Kiss Impress Nails - my signature red at home manicure. They stick on with stickers, last 1 week at least, and don't damage my nails! I cut them even shorter and file them to look natural.
