I’ve been adding Orgain Multi-Collagen into my coffee or smoothies—20g collagen peptides + vitamin C in two scoops.
Quick, effective, and easy to build into a daily routine.

#AD Add to a blender:
– ½ cup chia seeds
– 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
– 2 tablespoons cacao powder
– 2 to 3 tablespoons maple syrup
– 2 scoops Orgain Multi-Collagen

Optional: Chocolate Protein Powder
Blend until completely smooth and keep blending until it thickens. This gives you a silky mousse instead of a chia pudding texture. It should take 3 minutes.

Pour the mixture into four small jars and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, until set.

Now for the creamy topping.
In a bowl, add:
– 1½ cups plain Greek yogurt
– ½ cup heavy whipping cream
– Stevia to taste or sweetener of choice
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whip until light, fluffy, and cloud-like.
Top each chilled chia mousse with the yogurt cream and berries if you like.

That’s it — four ready-to-go servings made with no added sugar or artificial flavors, and an easy way to support hair, skin, nails, and joints as part of a daily routine.
