Reasons I love to batch make the kid’s PB&J’s on the weekends: 1. It’s one less thing for me to think about during the week. That mental load as a mom can be a beast, and this is a way I can make it easier for future me. I make them on Saturday or Sunday, depending on when I have a chunk of free time. Today it took me 8 mins to make 10 sandwiches for the week, so worth it IMO! 2. Easy for the on go! I keep them in the freezer and they thaw so quickly. I’ll put two in the fridge the night before or I’ll grab them in the morning on our way out the door to the park and they will be thawed out by the time we are ready to eat! 3. I love an uncrustables, but these are more cost efficient for our family! And tbh the uncrustables are a little too messy for me, they max those things out with jelly 🤪 4. No decision fatigue here 🫡 the kids can pick their sides for lunch but this is a low lift for mom and until the little people are bigger and can help make their food- this is what is for lunch M-F! 🫶 LTKFamily LTKFindsUnder50 LTKKids
