My favorite shorts for running in warmer weather are these fast and free shorts by Lululemon. They don’t chase, the waistband is just snug enough, they hold my phone in the back pocket, and they wicked sweat like crazy! I have not found a better pair of running shorts!

Hot rollers vs Velcro rollers.

The first is not rollers - more curl but harder to figure out. I still get creases and they fall out sometimes while cooling. The Velcro rollers give great volume but not as much curl. But they’re super cheap and easy to use!
