Come with us to the Badminton horse trials 🐎

Ariat invited us to come and watch one of the UKs most famous 5 star eventing competitions.

It’s an amazing day out, especially if you are into the whole equestrian side of life. The talent and skills of the riders and horses are as good as they come.

We had the huge fortune of getting a walk through of the cross country course by Nick Gauntlett, one of the top riders in the UK.
Those fences are definitely a lot bigger and scarier in real life than on tv!

As Warren is about to start taking riding lessons, we then headed straight for the shops. Where we managed to get him both a riding hat and some Ariat riding boots.

This is such a lovely day out for the whole family. There are loads of things to see, do eat and drink.
We had the best time and it will definitely be an event we will be adding to our yearly calendar.

Now the big question is - who wants to see Warren on a horse for the first time?

Come with me to the yard.

Talk about a life shift. From not having ridden for over 20 years to spending time in the yard and saddle 3 times a week.

My body is constantly aching, but it has done me so much good both physically and mentally. I’m always outside, moving, doing, caring and improving.

None of it has to do with work, musts or pressure. It’s all just because I want to. There is no end goal more than enjoying myself.

Narla is the most wonderful horse I could have found. She is a cremello Welsh cob with one blue and one blue/brown eye. Cremello is the closest thing to albino you get, so her base colour is pink and she needs sunscreen on her nose in the summer.

She is an old soul, very smart and absolutely loves being fussed over. Considering the junk in her trunk, she has a surprisingly beautiful step and rides really well.

Come let’s spend a day with us at @carlisle_bay_antigua 🏝️

This is why I always pack at least one white shirt, they are sooo versatile. I find the pairing of brown and white very elegant and effortlessly matched with a tan in a holiday setting.

Travelling to Antigua with kids has its pros and cons.
8h flight to somewhere warm in our winter - massive pro.
Most nice hotels are adult only - definitely a con.

There are some absolutely amazing luxury restaurants like @sheerrocks, @catherinescafe and @rokuni_anu

But unfortunately many of the other restaurants are questionable so you definitely want to go for an all inclusive hotel if you can.

@carlisle_bay_antigua is one of the few good all inclusive hotels that are family friendly.

We chose to rent a car so we could go to our favourite beaches - Ffryes, little Ffryes, Darkwood and Turners beach.

We have had the most amazing family holiday and I’m hoping there has been some core memories made for the kids 🫶🏻

Let’s go to @shangrilalondon for afternoon tea with @jolovesofficial ♥️

Jo Loves invited us to spend 24h at the exquisite Shangri-La hotel in the iconic The Shard building in London.

I knew this was going to be a very special treat but I don’t think I was quite ready for the views.

No matter where you look, there is London - St Paul’s, Tower bridge, The Tower of London, The Walkie talkie, The London eye, Canary Wharf and even all the way to Wembley on one side and Battersea power station on the other.

The theme is flowers and roses and I have to say that the rose shaped cake might be one of the most luscious things I have ever tasted.

Even the three perfumes in my gift box all have delicious notes of rose. 🌹

An afternoon tea of this caliber demands a very special dress and this one is possibly the prettiest I own.

Thank you to @jolovesofficial and @shangrilalondon for hosting us in pure luxury.

I cannot recommend this afternoon tea enough, so if you have a special reason to celebrate, you know exactly where to go ♥️

Let’s drive an @audiuk Q5 in the Moroccan desert 💨

Ok, this was seriously fun! I’m so glad I got my drivers license last year, otherwise I would have missed out on this incredible experience.

A convoy of Audi Q5 and SQ5 headed out in the Moroccan desert for the new launch. The scenery was outstanding with the snow capped Altas mountains in the background.

We kicked up some serious dust and everyone’s internal rally driver came out to play. There were big smiles on everybody’s faces.

The Q5 is Audis most sold car and I can definitely see why. It is specious enough for a family, but still brings all the fun.

We stopped at the stunning @inaracamp for mint tea and lunch. A luxurious oasis in the middle of the dry and dusty desert.

I like to look put together and be comfortable when I fly. Nothing tight and always with a big scarf to wrap around me on the plane.

I have never been to Morocco before, so I cannot tell you how excited I have been for this trip.

We are staying at the ever so stunning @theoberoimarrakech
In the most gorgeous hotel room I have ever seen. It’s massive, we have our own private pool and the shower is literally its own room. Exquisite!

We have some really fun adventures coming up out here. There might be cars involved… 💨

The BRIT Awards 2025 with @audiuk 🥂

I have always dreamt of going to The Brit awards and I can tell you that the evening did not disappoint.

The dress code was “glamorous” so I picked a dreamy body and dress by @nadinemerabi for the occasion.

@audiuk picked us up in a A8 S line for a very comfortable journey to the O2 where a private box, champagne and dinner waited.

The evening treated us to performances by @sabrinacarpenter @teddyswims @shaboozey and many more. The big winner of the night was @charli_xcx who won 5 of the 5 categores she was nominated in.

I wish I could pick up the talent in that arena by osmosis, it was extraordinary to see all these artists perform in one single night.

We also throughly enjoyed the private performance by The sugar babes at the after party as the cherry on top a truly spectacular night. 🍒

Thank you so very much @audiuk for having us (and getting us home safely at 04.00!)

GRWM - Let’s go to London Fashion week and see @paulcostelloeofficial & @noonbynoor 🤍

I’m not one of those fashion week girlies you will spot on every front row.

Even though I absolutely love art in fashion, I rather see collections that I actually could see myself wearing.

I also don’t support trends, and prefer more timeless cuts that will stand the test of time.

The look I chose to wear is a nod towards English heritage with its tweeds, silk scarves and a brooch. Coincidentally @paulcostelloeofficial showed a collection with the same inspiration, and I loved all of it!

@noonbynoor showed a refreshing modern take on fairly classic neutral suiting. Very wearable and with a playful pop of green for those who prefer more colour.

Let’s go horse riding in the cold 🥶

One of my best decisions I have ever made was to take up horse riding again.

I grew up with our own horses and showjumping was a big passion of mine back in Sweden.

But as life does, it gets in the way and we at times have to give up certain things for others. And I missed it terribly!

So when I moved out to Surrey from London, I decided this was the time to get back in the saddle again.

I’m taking private lessons once a week, come rain or shine. And at the moment it’s pretty chilly out there.

So I have gone all in with thermal breeches, merino wool socks, I have a lined jumper, padded gloves and my gorgeous insulated riding boots to keep me warm.

I really love how this look keeps me toasty and looks smart at the same time!

Today I jumped Jingles, I have only ridden her a couple of times before and it was our first ever jumping session. She is an ex-eventer, perfect for me who loves cross country!

I’m slowly building my skills back up again with the goal of getting a sharer and maybe even eventually competing for fun again. We will see where it goes!
