One of my best friends just got back from Paris with her family and honestly her approach to packing was so good. I helped her find a few pieces, but she came in with a plan.

She's a mom of three, she was walking everywhere, and she needed things that could go from a museum to dinner without a full outfit change. Some days it was 80 and sunny, some days 60 and rainy, so everything had to flex.

The best thing she packed were her Cheetah sambas (also the French were wearing them too). And the boots were not worth the suitcase space!
