Why I'm back in pleated chinos  There are certain essentials you can rely on all year round. Right now I’m channelling Diane Keaton in the 1977 Woody Allen film Annie Hall, in a pair of high-waist pleated chino's. Also known as khakis and Dad Pants, the pleated chino is best worn in a faff- free, understated way.
