Corn on the cob in the pressure cooker is AMAZING! Have you tried it? It's so easy. Pop in your cobs in the pot on top of the trivet (it comes with an Instant Pot), add 1 cup of water, secure the lid, make sure the vent is set to "sealing" and turn it on for 3 minutes! Boom! No more waiting for water to boil, standing over a boiling pot and at least 20 minutes!
