Award winning Chili recipe: 3lbs ground chuck 1lb hot sausage (I use Jimmy Dean) jalapeño seeded and diced Garlic, I do a heaping tablespoon Onion diced 4oz Green hatch chilies 44oz diced tomatoes 6 oz tomato paste 44oz tomato sauce 3oz Williams chili seasoning Simmer for 1 hr Then add 3 cans of Bush’s Best Chili Magic Starter, medium campfire style Simmer for at least 30 min.
