tbh the cup holder was a surprise and I won’t be using this giant cup in it but a normal size bottle is a go! I got the 20lbs vest and it’s actually comfortable to wear too. Bout to be doing all of my walks with this on 👌🏼 Comment “vest” and I’ll send you the link
