HOME // y’all this is the gayest shopping I think I’ve ever done. I have my entire family coming in town for Easter weekend and I needed an extra bed. This was originally an office but since we built out our attic space and added two new offices upstairs, there was no need for this room. I decided to transform it into a sitting area with a pullout bed. I ordered the couch to have it deliver the next day, ran to @kirklands, @target & @homestore to grab everything else in all of about 3 hours 🙌 i have to say, I love how it turned out. I added a TV on the other wall so can totally see myself getting some quiet time with my fave book, tv show or podcast in this room now!

HOME // y’all I wish you could see my house right now. I have just about every room torn apart, decorating and rearranging. Currently, I have my pantry, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, bedroom & downstairs office in shambles 🙈 I’m turning my downstairs office into a sitting room.
A. Because we never use and and have our new offices upstairs after the attic build-out
&
B. I needed another room for a guest bed so I bought a sleeper sofa to throw in there.
Funny thing is, I think I’m going to love this room and end up actually spending time in there now. Can’t wait to show you guys when it’s finished.

FAMILY // We had so much fun visiting my mom in KY for her birthday. The weather has been in the 70’a all weekend which means the little man can FINALLY make his debut outside. For those that don’t know, Silas was born 7 weeks early - during flu and RSV season. So, yes, I’ve definitely been one of those crazy moms who has kept him locked up or hasn’t let anyone visit 😬🤷‍♀️ So I am extra excited about spring and resuming to a somewhat normal life.
