Does that quote live rent free in anyone else’s head? Or how about that yogurt commercial? I don’t know anyone who came out of the 90s/00s unscathed, it was BRUTAL. How were any of us supposed to feel confident in our bodies?! And why do we seem to be doing it again?

It’s wild to me that core memories of my childhood were attending weight watchers meetings and drinking slim fast for breakfast (at the age of 8).
