It’s so easy to make and is sure to satisfy your cravings without all the extra carbs and refined sugar 😋 Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas 1 cup peanut butter 3 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 cup maple syrup 3/4 tsp baking soda pinch of salt semi-sweet chocolate chips Mash two bananas and mix in 1 cup peanut butter. Whisk in eggs, vanilla, maple syrup, baking soda and a pinch of salt. Fold in 1/4 cup of chocolate chips into mix. Fill each baking cup evenly and top with extra chocolate chips. Bake for 20-25 minute at 350 degrees. Once done, you’ll have the tastiest flourless peanut butter & banana muffins to snack on anytime of day!
