Thank you for this dinner inspo @makayla_thomas_fit Ingredients: (5 servings) • 1.5 lb lean ground beef • 1 family-size bag jasmine rice (microwave) • 1 bag frozen riced cauliflower • 1/2 white onion, diced • Minced garlic • 2 eggs • 3 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce (add more if you like it saucy) • Salt, pepper, garlic powder Directions: Brown ground beef with light salt, pepper, and garlic powder. When almost finished, add a dash of soy sauce and a drizzle of teriyaki to coat the meat. Remove beef from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, sauté onion, garlic, and riced cauliflower. Season with pepper and a dash of soy sauce. Once softened, add eggs and scramble directly in the pan. Stir in cooked rice, then pour in soy sauce and teriyaki. Mix until everything is well coated. Add ground beef back to the pan and toss to combine. Serve hot or portion out for meal prep. So easy.
