Budget friendly workout clothes, medium in top and bottoms, I usually do a 7/8th legging so they aren’t long on me because I’m short or a petite if going for a full length legging.

These shoes are the best! I love them for strength training, and all around the gym. Not technically a running shoe I’ve used them for light running.

If you want a good running shoe I’ve used the Pegasus linked below. I’m usually a 7.5 in shoes but in Nike’s I usually size down a half size to a 7.
