the best breakfast pizza EVERRRRRR (and it’s gluten free!) recipe/instructions: 1. use the @kingarthurbaking “00” neapolitan-style gluten-free pizza flour and prepare according to package instructions (up until baking) 2. spread garlic butter mixture (softened or melted) on the crust & bake at 500° for 10 minutes 3. remove from oven (if puddles of butter remain… you’re doing it right, but tilt the pan so the excess butter flows off/under the crust 4. top with toppings of choice (i used cheese, breakfast sausage, scrambled eggs & red onion) 5. bake for another 3-5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and everything is warmed through this was a completely spontaneous breakfast, after seeing greta and ellie post about a breakfast pizza today. i just used things i had on-hand, so feel free to tweak and adjust things! but trust me when i say this was the best breakfast pizza i’ve EVER had!! 👀 -anna blondepartyeats glutenfreeneapolitanpizza glutenfreebreakfast
