One of my favorite details, you still enter through the kitchen, a signature experience that immediately sets the tone and gives you a glimpse behind the curtain before stepping into those iconic red booths. Dinner was exceptional… the filet was perfectly done, the sea bass just as impressive, and dessert was the kind you don’t skip. Every detail felt intentional, honoring the legacy while elevating the experience.
