mom hack for cleaner teeth + gums➡️ Get yourself a GOOD water flosser💯. Don’t just snag a random deal online, get @waterpik water flosser — and yes, it really does matter. I’ve tried more than I can count, and this one blows all the others out of the water **no pun intended**.

I have what they call “close contacts,” which means my teeth are super close together 🦷 — more so than the average person. Needless to say, it’s extra important for me to make sure that I’m not only brushing daily 🪥, but also flossing daily. For those like me, getting the food out from in between our teeth is pretty much not happening if you’re just brushing, so we need to floss daily! I prefer to use a water flosser because it’s more gentle on my gums, and the WATERPIK Cordless Advanced has proven to be my favorite for several reasons:

✨FOLLOW + COMMENT✨ “quiet time” for a 🔗 to some of our personal screen-free favorites for quiet time, BUT you could totally round up some fun things at home like we did 😘 — The only thing you might have to snag is a visual timer, which I feel like is the key to making quiet time successful 💯🙌🏽

I love these for a way to encourage independent play for your kids + it gives them a break from one another, which I feel like helps a ton with bickering, not playing fairly, not sharing…etc.
