It’s Week 2 of my 30 Days to Get BUSY challenge, and I’m officially 4.6 lbs down. My goal was 5, but clearly I’m going for extra credit 💁🏽♀️ Working out is still going great, but we’re also (and mainly) focused on staying disciplined in the kitchen! I highly recommend 1. Weighing your food, and 2. Using @myfitnesspal to keep track of how much you’re eating. I know it may seem restrictive and like an extra task, but you’ll thank yourself when them results start showing! My spiritual fast has me avoiding processed sugar and boy do I want a cookie from @chickfila right NOW! But, we got things to do so that cookie will have to wait. WEEK THREE - LETS GET IT!
