Last year for Christmas in the Country Peony studio I went for a colorful and vintage inspired mantel and tree.

The number question I got was where did I get my bows!So today I want to answer that! I used Anthropologie’s fabulous velvet ribbon to make them.

Let me show you how: Make a large loop, then wrap the same ribbon around and use your thumb to create a small loop. Bring the ribbon through the small loop. Adjust until you are happy with the bow.

I loved using all of Anthropologie’s vibrant colors to make my festive tree!

Then, I attached the bow back to a bobby pin and attached it to the tree and garland. Such a fun and easy hack to keep the bows in place!
