Mediterranean-style Ahi Flatbread for the win tonight 😋🌿 So simple, so fresh, and packed with protein thanks to Safe Catch Ahi Yellowfin Tuna! 🐟✨ Here’s the full recipe if you want to make it too: ✨ Ingredients: • 1 pizza crust • 1 can Safe Catch Ahi Tuna (undrained) • ¼ cup tartar sauce (plus extra for dipping) • ½ cup shredded mozzarella • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion • ¼ cup black olives, halved • ¼ cup arugula, thinly sliced • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional) • Salt + black pepper ✨ Tartar Sauce: • ½ cup mayo • 3 tbsp dill relish or diced dill pickles • 1½ tbsp fresh dill (or 1½ tsp dried) • 1 tbsp lemon juice • 1 tsp whole grain mustard • 1 tsp minced garlic • Salt + pepper ✨ Instructions: Mix all tartar sauce ingredients and refrigerate 30 minutes.
