The Defined Dish Soup Week is here! First up, a family favorite - Pesto Parm Meatball & Pastina Soup! 🍲 Comforting, cozy, and absolutely delicious — this one’s on repeat in my house!

Tender little meatballs simmer in a cozy basil pesto–infused broth with the tiniest pasta (I used acini di pepe, but stellini or ditalini work too). There’s just something so lovable about those tiny pasta shapes in soup ✨

I stirred in my homemade Lemon-Basil Pesto (always keep some in the freezer 👌🏼), but if you’re grabbing store-bought, go with a fresh one from the fridge section — skip the pantry jars, trust me. 😉

July’s book club dinner was pure magic ✨ We discussed 'Summer Romance' over Thyme 75s and the most incredible spread - from prosciutto burrata crostinis drizzled with hot honey to grilled chicken with little gem caesar and that dreamy lemon ricotta rigatoni that had everyone asking for seconds 🍋 Ended the evening with Fancy's oatmeal cookies 📚💕
