I used two panels on each side (4 total) and added the pleat tape at the top for extra crisp pleats.

I added a pleat tape that is stiffer and was much easier to work with. I just used a heat tape to attach it to the back.

I use these for espresso but also for dips or snacks. Bonus for anything that has multiple uses and looks cute affiliate link
