They say April showers bring May flowers, but this year it was the opposite for us here in Alabama. With May came rainy days, but we weren’t in short supply of creating bright and happy collections for you!! It was the month where we celebrated Summer’s unofficial arrival and spent every waking minute outside in the sunshine (we only had about 2 mins of that in AL in May lol). It was the month where the group text started talking about FINALLY making the girls trip to New England this summer and actual thing and everyone started sharing their outfit inspo—which consisted of pictures of the Kennedys of course and all things striped and classic. May was the month we celebrated that brown is trending this season!! I’m a sucker for warm, earth tones!! But can we also talk about how purple is having a moment….and how I’m surprisingly here for it?? It’s the unexpected star of late Spring. May was the month we started dreaming about holidays abroad—in Europe specifically. Summertime in Italy?? Yes please. Al fresco dinners in the South of France? Done. A morning swim in Mediterranean Sea. I’ll sea you there 😉 Of course the Farmers Market girlies were still enjoying their slow mornings strolling among all the local vendors—dally croissant in hand and matcha latte in the other.
