Making dressing is so much easier with an immersion blender. It helps combine the oil and vinegar so it doesn’t separate. Here’s are immersion blenders like mine. I have a corded kitchen aid. I trust their brands but also included a vitamix option as I love their high speed blenders. If you are ok with different colors, you can usually get those at much cheaper prices

Waka Instant Tea - here are the black tea options. They have fruit flavored but the ingredients say ‘natural flavors’ so I skipped those. Also, they test for heavy metals 👍🏻👍🏻

Is honey gluten free? While it’s only one ingredient, lots of companies can’t guarantee the honey is free of gluten.

I’ve listed as many items as possible. Fresh wasabi can usually be found at your local Asian grocery store, specifically Japanese ones. The soy sauce can also be found at Asian grocery stores. I also see it listed online via Ralph’s.

Here are all the ingredients used in my gluten/dairy/nut free chocolate covered sandwich cookies! The recipes is below.

1/4 cup Enjoy Life Foods White Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Enjoy Life Foods Mini Chocolate Chips
Dandies Mini Marshmallows
Dehydrated Strawberries
Dehydrated Blueberries
Watkins sprinkles
Dairy/Gluten Free Sandwich Cookies (I used Glutino because my son can’t have nuts but Simple Mills is another sandwich cookies option but with cleaner ingredients)

1️⃣ Melt the chocolate in separate bowls. It only takes 30-60 seconds in a microwave. Stir until the chocolate is melted.
🥈Place one cookie in the chocolate then using a fork, flip until coated. Remove cookie and place on wire rack over parchment paper.
3️⃣ Top each cookie with your favorite toppings. Then let rest until the chocolate has hardened. Enjoy!

This recipe is especially easy for the kiddos. And very easy to adapt to individual tastes and dietary needs.
