Here are all the ingredients used in my gluten/dairy/nut free chocolate covered sandwich cookies! The recipes is below. 1/4 cup Enjoy Life Foods White Chocolate Chips 1/2 cup Enjoy Life Foods Mini Chocolate Chips Dandies Mini Marshmallows Dehydrated Strawberries Dehydrated Blueberries Watkins sprinkles Dairy/Gluten Free Sandwich Cookies (I used Glutino because my son can’t have nuts but Simple Mills is another sandwich cookies option but with cleaner ingredients) 1️⃣ Melt the chocolate in separate bowls. It only takes 30-60 seconds in a microwave. Stir until the chocolate is melted. 🥈Place one cookie in the chocolate then using a fork, flip until coated. Remove cookie and place on wire rack over parchment paper. 3️⃣ Top each cookie with your favorite toppings. Then let rest until the chocolate has hardened. Enjoy! This recipe is especially easy for the kiddos. And very easy to adapt to individual tastes and dietary needs. Enjoy!!!
