It mounts on the wall and connects to music so you punch to the beat. The lights guide you where to hit and it turns exercise into a game. I’ve been using it when I don’t feel like going to the gym, when I need a quick sweat, or when I just want to get stress out after a long day. You don’t even realize how much you’re moving until you’re out of breath.

It’s fun, fast, and such a good cardio workout for home. Perfect if you hate traditional workouts but still want to move your body. I end up doing “just one more song” every time.
