The Adidas VL Court 3.0 typically fit true to size, but compared to Sambas they feel more cushioned underfoot and better for casual all day wear.

Some tips for sizing from someone who owns a lot of adidas 💁🏻‍♀️
- I wear an 8 1/2 in Sambas → I ordered an 8 1/2 in these
- If you have wider feet → these are usually more forgiving than Sambas
- If your between sizes → I’d lean toward the larger size

The Brooks Anthem 7 runs true to size. At $85, they’re a solid value if you’re looking for a comfortable everyday sneaker.

These are more of a budget friendly daily walker/light running shoe rather than a max cushion shoe like the Brooks Ghost, Glycerin, or Hoka Clifton.

The Adidas Swift Run 1.0 fit true to size. It’s been one of my favorite styles from adidas since 2019. If you have average or narrow feet, order your normal size. If you have wider feet or prefer extra room in the toe area, I’d go up a half size.
