Always take the time to fluff the leaves (or florals) twist the stems, and bend the branches in different directions to create a more realistic faux arrangement.

Love these large maple leaves. You can twist them every which way. I bought the garland version too (well after making this reel). The garland works even better for the table rod.

Creating cottage charm for an ordinary, everyday table. 💕

Forage flowers from your yard (or local grocery store, Trader Joe’s, farmers market); use a vintage vase or heirloom vase, add some crochet or lace details to your table, add a bold color block pattern and mix with stripes or a solid complementary color.

PS: my candlesticks are vintage Hollywood Regency style, which I found on Facebook Marketplace and eBay.
