In a world full of screens, schedules, and distractions… these small moments are what build trust, communication, and that feeling of “home.”

And while my kids aren’t teens yet, I know this is the foundation for later—helping them feel:

✔️ Heard
✔️ Supported

So when those bigger conversations come, they already know I’m here.
