🧘🏼‍♀️ It’s my one year anniversary of doing reformer Pilates! 🧘🏼‍♀️

Apart from a few weeks here and there, I’ve been going to classes almost every single week for the past year. This is the first workout I’ve ever enjoyed and looked forward to going to and I feel stronger every time I walk out (and a little shaky in my legs too 🤣).

I love my studio and my classmates and the whole experience so much! Here’s to growing even more in the next year! 👏🏼
