my personal school of thought is that having long, healthy hair is about preserving and taking care of what you’ve got —not trying to make more of what you don’t.

I also only wash my hair once a week from Oct-June and twice a week in the summer.

I put coconut oil on my ends everyday.

I only heat style my hair twice a week MAX.

I also have a full everything shower hair routine —let me know if you want it and I’ll share!

please also keep in mind I’m super blessed to have some pretty amazing genetics when it comes to hair so strive for YOUR best healthy hair —not some that looks just like mine.
