Let’s chat losing weight postpartum. Technically I’m not, my youngest will be 5 this summer, but I never felt ready. 6 weeks, 6 months, a year, mentally I just wasn’t there. There’s so many women on here that seem to just effortlessly get back into their routine, the weight falls off, and they never look back. I wasn’t ready until this past Fall, four years after having my second. It’s okay to take your time, it’s okay to not jump into anything right away, and it’s okay to just be. Motherhood is a wild ride that is rewarding but can also be draining. I wasn’t ready or capable to focus on myself until both my kids were sleeping in their bed through the night, which happened to be this past Fall🫠 So here’s your reminder that every stage of life is different. It may take you a little longer than others and that’s okay✨💜 momoftwo motherhood momweightlossjourney momweightloss rhodymoms momsofinstagram momlife losingweightpostpartum postpartumweightloss
