✨ Beef Tips, Gravy & Rice ✨ Under 20 minutes! 👉🏼 Comment SHOP for the links to my outfits seen here, kitchen favorites, and home gym finds!

Ingredients:
• beef tips
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Pepper, to taste
• Garlic salt, to taste(you may want to further season after as the brown gravy can add saltiness of its own)
• 1 packet brown gravy mix
• 2 bags boil-in-bag white rice
•Hawaiian Rolls

Directions:

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season beef tips with pepper and garlic salt.
3. Cook beef until browned and cooked through.
4. Stir in the gravy mix and prepare according to package directions, mixing it with the beef.
5. Cook 2 bags of boil-in-bag rice according to package instructions.
6. Serve the beef tips and gravy over the rice.
7. We usually serve with butter + Hawaiian rolls!
Easy, budget-friendly, family-approved, and perfect for those busy weeknights when everyone is headed in a different direction.

We were already starting off with a delayed flight so let’s hope it’s up from here (literally)! ✈️ We couldn’t find our handheld luggage scale so Ava it was. 😜 I’ve found that for my packing brain it helps to use this inexpensive rack to hang up clothes as I go (usually a few days before) so I can easily grab things to pack when the time comes. I usually hang a bag on the side that has small items- accessories, socks, underwear, etc so last minute packing is a breeze!
