Looking for a great devotion and a gluten free banana bread? Got you covered! 3 ripe bananas 1/2 tsp vanilla 1 egg 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted 3/4c milk 1/4c granulated sugar 1/4c light brown sugar 3 cups GF bread flour (used King Arthur) 3 1/2tsp baking powder 3/4tsp salt 1/2tsp cinnamon 1/2c mini chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate Mash up bananas and mix in wet ingredients, set aside. In a separate bowl, add dry ingredients minus chocolate chips and stir to mix before adding to wet ingredients. Stir banana bread batter then fold in chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes, until top is lightly brown and tooth pick comes out clear. Allow to cool completely before cutting and enjoying! #LTKFamily #LTKHome #LTKSeasonal

Kitchen Musts
Cut chicken breast into bite size pieces, and marinate in seasonings (used Greek seasoning) soy sauce ( 1 cup), olive oil, and baking soda ( 1 tbsp) / corn starch ( 1 tbsp). Mix up; when ready, heat ~ 1 tbsp of butter in a hot sauce pan, then add chicken and cook until browned and cooked thoroughly. Push to one side of the pan and add another tbsp butter, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp soy sauce. Once butter is melted and these ingredients have somewhat mixed together, stir it in with the chicken! So good! #LTKOver40 #LTKHome #LTKFamily
