A simple strawberry pie 🍓🥧

Ingredients:
* 1 baked 9-inch pie shell (2 1/4 cups of flour, 1 tsp salt, 2 sticks cold butter-cubed, ~8-10 tbsp cold water)
* 1 quart fresh Louisiana strawberries (2 cups smashed & 2 cups sliced)
* 1 cup white sugar
* 3 tablespoons cornstarch

Directions:
1. Mash ~2 cups strawberries berries and combine them with the sugar in a medium saucepan.
2. Place saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
3. Next, add the cornstarch and the water in a small bowl and whisk/stir until. Gradually stir the cornstarch mixture into boiling strawberry mixture.
4. Reduce heat and simmer until thick, about 10 minutes, and stirring occasionally.
5.Place ~2 cups of sliced strawberries in baked pie shell.
6. Pour the strawberry mixture over the strawberries in the pie shell.
7. Chill the strawberry pie for at least 2 hours.
8. Cut and serve!
9. Add some whipped topping if you want!

March is coming up as is St. Patrick’s Day🍀💚 Check out this easy clover St. Patrick’s Day snack!

All you need:

Pretzels (3 per snack)
Pretzel Stick (1 per snack)
Rolos (1 per snack)
Green M&M’s (1 per snack)

Preheat oven to 350. Assemble your clovers, then place one Rolo where all 4 pretzel pieces touch. Bake for 3-5 minutes, enough time to soften Rolo. Remove from heat and press 1 M&M in the center of the Rolo, making sure all pretzel pieces are still touching and Rolo is helping them stick together. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, enough time for the chocolate to harden!

Let me just say… these cookies are magically delicious ✨🍀 and so simple!

All you need is 1 box of Funfetti Cake Mix (Spring Version), 2 eggs, 1/2 cup oil and 1 cup of Lucky Charms Marshmallows (fluffy cookies ones).

Mix the first 3 ingredients to make your cookie dough. Then place 1 cookie scoop (2 tablespoons) onto parchment paper. Place 1 marshmallow in the center of each cookie dough scoop, followed by adding another cookie scoop of cookie dough on top. With a clean finger, seal the edges!
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are light brown.

All you need to 1 box of puff pastries (2 sheets), ~1/4 cup strawberry jam, 4-6 oz chocolate melt squares, and powdered sugar! I obviously didn’t seal my hearts the best (hint the escaped strawberry jam), but they were still so good!

Assemble and bake at 375 for about 10 minutes, until edges are lightly browned.
