I have always wanted to do this project! 🖍️ For Valentines Day this year, I made all of my kids classmates names from broken crayons. Comment crayons for the link to the letter mold. I used 3 at a time, more makes it faster!

First, fill a large bowl or tub of very hot (not boiling) water. Add in crayons & let soak for 10 mins. At this time, most of the wrappers are popping off of the crayons. Some will be harder to peel off.

After the crayon wrappers are removed, break them into smaller pieces & sort by color range.

Make a list of the names & figure out how many of each letter you need- make a checklist. Fill letter molds accordingly. Put the molds on a baking sheet so nothing spills into the oven.

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Bake crayons 5-10 mins, until all crayons are melted. Let crayons set then cool in fridge or freezer until completely hardened.

Carefully remove letters from mold & spell out names!
