I recently found some queen Anne's lace on the side of the road in Alabama and framed it in acrylic for a hostess gift. So gorgeous!✨
Last year, I clipped some hydrangeas from my MIL's yard and made a 4-set floral gallery wall. It's really so fun to do & create your own art during the spring/ summer with fresh blooms! 🌸
Here are some tips I've learned for floral pressing:
1. Use the microfleur tool from Amazon I've linked in my storefront. It works so well
2. Use 2 small squares of wax paper in between the flower. This helps with sticking
3. Microwave in short 15 second spurts. Most flowers take around 45 seconds to dry out. Thicker flowers like hydrangeas can take longer
If you try this — tag me in your creations! Foraging and searching for flowers has been something I love to do alone and also a sweet activity for me to do with my daughter 💕
