* start with quality sheets. A must-have for me: bamboo. Why? They're ridiculously soft, lightweight, cozy, breathable, hypoallergenic, moisture-wicking, and cool. I made the switch about 15 years ago went I went through peri-menopause and suffered terrible night sweats! I've slept on at least a dozen different brands of bamboo sheets over the years.
