Mom’s Pecan Muffins Ingredients: 1 cup packed light brown sugar 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 2 cups chopped pecans 2/3 cup butter, softened 2 eggs, beaten Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease mini or regular muffin cups generously 2. In medium bowl, stir together brown sugar, flour, and pecans 3. In separate bowl, beat butter and eggs together 4.
