The best crispy Brussels sprouts recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb fresh Brussels sprouts
3 T. Olive oil
3 T. Soy sauce or Hoisin sauce
2 T maple syrup
1 garlic clove minced
1 T sriracha sauce
Pinch of pepper
Sea salt

Instructions:
1 . Preheat oven to 400°; set rack on top
2. Prepare Brussels by cutting off base of sprouts and slicing in half from top to Bottom. Remove exterior leaves
3. Soak the cut Brussels for a minute in water to clean them
4. Drain and spread on paper towel to dry
5. In a skillet add olive oil and sea salt and cook on medium-high until soft or burnt (crispy)
6. Spread on baking sheet and generously drizzle with ingredients
7. Place in oven on top rack for 20 minutes to let glaze bake on them. Half way through, stir to ensure all sides get crispy and charred
