Banana Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
1 3/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 c. Milk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs

Directions:
Combine oil, eggs, sugar, milk, bananas (mashed). Add flour & soda. Combine 2-3 minutes.
Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake 325° for 1 hour 20 minutes. Makes one loaf.
