The stand mixer and hand blender use - been using both for years. Both would work well to turn butter from heavy cream.. Handblender highly recommended for grinding hot veggie mixer in soups, gravies, especially while making in Insta pot. Stand mixer helps in kneading roti dough, mixing cake batter as well.
