We had dinner out with friends and it was a warm evening. The sleeveless sweater is so cute and works nicely with a plain nude racer back or strapless bra. I’m way into monochromatic dressing lately. I already had these navy slacks and have worn them a bunch. I added this navy top recently. I love how it takes the slacks and makes them slightly more dressed down. I’d also wear this top with denim. The little ruffle on the front is a very cool detail

I felt so great when I was wearing this set. I needed to have the pants hemmed, because I’m 5‘4“, and that lost the darker band around the bottom. I actually like it better this way because I think it is more leg lengthening. Don’t let things like that scare you from having your pieces tailored. Sometimes it turns out better.

This last week was the holiday of Purim I wore this to go hear the magillah reading at our local Chabad. I wore these really comfortable flats that are easy to walk in and soft for my bunion ladies. A rollneck feels slightly more refined than a basic crewneck. It offers the refinement of a turtleneck without the choke and double chin, so it’s incredibly flattering.

Greg and I spent the day in Palm Beach and went to the Kipps Bay design house. It was a lovely day. I’ve had this dress for ages and it never disappoints. I wish they still made it!
