I just got back from a press trip in the Maldives and while it was so much fun it took a toll on my body and the easiest way isn't getting back into the swing of things as using my walking pad at least once a day even if it's just for 20 minutes, I love this foldable walking pad that is perfect for small spaces like our small San Francisco apartment. You can fold it and stand it up and tuck it into a closet. It's perfect.
