She supports her and reminds her to keep going, keep building, and become all that she is meant to be.

She reminds her how powerful she is and celebrates her when she accomplishes new goals. She reminds her to be proud of who she is and all that she has accomplished. She reminds her how strong she is because she knows what it means to lift heavy and carry big weights.
