Affordable home decor is the name of the game! And some of my favorite ways to make home decor affordable, is to thrift pieces & vases that can be used as is (or transformed easily with some paint)… or even finding pieces that are neutral & can be used season after season, like this chess board, that can use decorative all year, but also serve a function! I’m linking some DIY supplies that I used to flip these thrifted decor pieces, some super affordable florals to pop into your vases, as well as this beautiful chess board, that I just propped up with a simple wooden easel that I spray painted 🤗 I’m even including some of my favorite digital downloads that you can print for a few dollars and pop into your favorite frames!

Pillow covers are a perfect way to change up decor during the seasons, and you can do this on a small budget too! Just grab a high quality pillow insert once, then buy pillow covers for under $10 and store them away as you change out the covers occasionally! Linking some of my faves below!

This indoor fly trap has trapped a TON of little bugs {in just a few days} that somehow always find their way to our kitchen 🤢 so needless to say, this will be a permanent addition to our backsplash until the bugs decide to live somewhere else 🤪

If you have a SMALL bathroom… you NEED this hidden garbage bag hack! This is a simple adhesive garbage bag holder - it takes up zero floor space, and instead utilizes the unused space behind your cabinet doors! It also looks much prettier (because I have yet to find a trash can that looks pretty when it’s full of garbage) 😉 It also just uses grocery store bags, so you’re not having to order anything extra! We have added them to all our bathrooms & love them so much!!
