Today on International Women’s Day, I want to be honest about something many people don’t talk about.

After losing 90 lbs, one of my biggest fears is not the weight I lost… it is my ability to maintain it.

People celebrate the transformation, the photos, the before and after. But what they rarely talk about is the quiet discipline that comes after. The daily choices. The mental work. The fear of slipping back into old habits.

But this journey has taught me something powerful.

Strength as a woman is not about perfection. It is about showing up for yourself even when you are unsure. It is about trying again tomorrow. It is about giving yourself grace while still holding yourself accountable.

So today I celebrate every woman who is working on herself. The woman healing. The woman rebuilding. The woman choosing better for herself even when it is hard.
